1. Organizer

The competition is organized by Bakari Complementos SLU, with registered office at C/ Virgen de los Rosales 38, 28023 Madrid (Spain) and NIF ESB98656614 (hereinafter, “Bakari”).

2. Purpose of the competition

To encourage the participation and interaction of the Bakari community on social networks by publishing content with Bakari products.

3. Territorial scope

Participation is international.

4. Requirements to participate

People who meet all of these requirements will be eligible to participate:

Be over 18 years old.

Have a real Instagram account.

Having purchased a Bakari product (or owning an authentic Bakari).

Comply with the participation mechanics described in these rules.

Follow @bakari_spain at the time of the draw and when confirming the prize.

Bakari employees and their immediate family members are excluded, as well as fake profiles or those that do not comply with these rules.

5. Mechanics of participation

To participate, the person must:

Post content on Instagram featuring your Bakari bag (it can be a story, reel or feed post).

Tag @bakari_spain.

Include the hashtag #feelbakari (in the post text or in the story).

Important:

The post must be publicly visible for at least 48 hours in order to be verified.

If the profile is private, the participant must send a screenshot via direct message (DM) to @bakari_spain with the post in order to validate it.

Each valid post counts as one entry. The same photo cannot be submitted through more than one account.

6. Duration

The competition is annual.

All publications made from January 1st to December 31st of the same year, both inclusive, will be considered entries.

The winner will be announced live on January 8th of the following year.

7. Prize

One prize will be awarded:

A €450 voucher to spend on the Bakari website: bakari.es.

Bonus conditions:

Not redeemable for cash.

Non-transferable.

Valid for 365 days from delivery.

It can be used in one or more purchases until the balance is exhausted, depending on the configuration of the Bakari online store.

It does not include unspecified expenses (for example, if any special costs outside of the norm apply).

8. Selection of the winner

Bakari will select the winner from all valid entries through a random draw.

For the draw, valid Instagram usernames will be collected and placed in a ballot box, from which a winner will be randomly drawn.

The draw will be held live on January 8th.

Bakari may request reasonable proof of authenticity from the winner (e.g., order confirmation) to prevent fraud.

9. Communication and delivery of the award

Bakari will announce the winner:

Via Instagram (stories or post) and/or

By direct message (DM) to the winning account.

If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, Bakari may select a substitute.

10. Permitted content and rules of conduct

Entries that include the following will not be accepted:

Offensive, discriminatory, violent or sexual content.

Infringement of third-party rights (e.g., images with someone else's copyright).

Fake tags, buying likes, bots, or any manipulation.

Bakari may disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules.

11. Rights over the content (use of the image)

The participant retains ownership of their content.
By participating, you authorize Bakari to share or republish your post (for example, in stories, web or newsletters) citing the author's account, for brand communication purposes, without compensation.

If the participant does not wish for their content to be republished, they can indicate this via DM and Bakari will respect it for future use.

12. Data protection

Bakari will process the data necessary to manage the contest (for example, Instagram user, messages and contact details of the winner).
Participants can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition and other rights recognized by applicable regulations by writing to info@bakari.es.

13. Instagram Exemption

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or associate with this contest. The participant releases Instagram from all liability.

14. Acceptance of the terms and modifications

Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Bakari reserves the right to modify the rules or cancel the contest for justified reasons, communicating it through its usual channels.

15. Applicable legislation

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid, unless otherwise required by mandatory regulations.
