When I was little, I spent long, happy periods at my maternal grandparents' house in a small village in Cáceres called Villar del Pedroso. There I learned many things, without realizing that all of it would shape my life. I discovered in my grandmother a personal role model, a source of inspiration from which I wanted to learn and draw inspiration every day. Over time, she taught me that what truly matters isn't seen, it's felt. She asked me to fight for my dreams and told me to enjoy life, because I would find happiness along the way.

My grandmother dedicated much of her life to embroidery and taught me that passions can stop time. She found refuge in her embroidery, talking to it and giving it the most precious thing she had: her time. She was patient, knowing that the day would come when she would admire her work with pride, satisfied by the care and dedication of her days. Today, I carry on that tradition and try to imbue my pieces with that same affection, that indelible mark that transforms the everyday into something exceptional and unique.
